Welcome to Trouvenir ("we", "our", "the App"). Your use of the Trouvenir mobile application and related website is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the App.
Trouvenir is an application that provides cultural, editorial, and tourism information about souvenirs, local crafts, and gastronomy. The App uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) features to analyse images uploaded by users in order to identify objects and provide cultural context.
Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.
Users are advised that a significant portion of the content in the App, including texts, images, souvenir descriptions, and store information (botteghe), has been generated or processed by Artificial Intelligence systems.
The souvenir scanner uses Artificial Intelligence technologies to provide information. While we strive for the highest accuracy, AI-generated responses and content may contain inaccuracies or errors. The information provided by the App is for informational and cultural purposes only and does not constitute professional appraisals, commercial valuations, or legal authenticity certifications. Trouvenir is not liable for purchasing decisions based on information provided by the App.
All content in the App, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Trouvenir or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. Users retain rights over images uploaded for analysis, but grant Trouvenir a limited licence to process them in order to provide the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the moment they are published on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. For any disputes, exclusive jurisdiction shall be held by the court of the consumer's residence, if located in Italy, or the court of Milan in all other cases.
