Amalfi Limoncello is a traditional liqueur made by infusing the peels of Limone Sfusato Amalfitano IGP in pure alcohol, to which water and sugar are added. It is distinguished by its intense yellow color, a very persistent citrus aroma, and a balanced, fresh taste that is not overly sweet. Served cold as a digestif, it is one of the most representative gastronomic souvenirs of Amalfi.
